NIT No. CHP0024/2026 Date.12/09/2026 Notice Inviting Tender Chhukha Hydropower Plant, DGPC invites eligible bidders to submit your bid for the Work ‘‘Renovation of Dam Gallery Roof, Toilet and Construction of Gasoline Shed at Damsite, CHP ’’ as per the fol- lowing Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Work

The scope of work includes the renovation of the toilet, replacement of CGI sheets, construction of a footpath to the toilet and the downstream side of the dam to ensure safe access and facilitate the transportation of materials during maintenance activities. The work also includes providing a proper storage facility for the gasoline engine at the Damsite, CHP. The Bill of Quantity is attached at Annexure -I.

2. Clarification to the bidding document

2.1. Further information can be obtained in writing from 30/09/2026 not later than 02 days from the date of bid submission.

3. Documents comprising bid

3.1. The bid must comprise the following documents

a) Bid Security b) Valid CDB and Trade license c) Tax clearance d) Bill of Quantity e) Certificate of Site Visit f) Any other relevant documents

4. TDS

Tax deducted at source shall be deducted as per RGoB Rule.

5. Bid Price

All prices shall be quoted in Bhutanese Ngultrum. The quoted price shall be inclusive of taxes, duties, and other levies.

6. Bid Validity

6.1. The bid shall be valid for 60 days from the date of submission of the bid. In exceptional circum- stances, prior to the expiration of the bid validity period, the CHP, DGPC may solicit the Bid- der’s consent to an extension of the bid validity period. The request and responses shall be made in writing. A bid valid for a shorter period shall be considered non-responsive.

7. Bid Security

7.1. The bid shall be accompanied by a bid security of Nu. 37,000.00 in the form of Cash Warrant/ Unconditional Bank Guarantee/ Banker Cheque/ Demand draft in the name of th e Chhukha Hydropower Plant, DGPC issued by a reputable Financial Institution enforceable in any bank in Bhutan. 6.2 The Bid security shall be valid up to 31/12/2026. …
