Gegenstand des Auftrags sind Planungsleistungen (Fachplanung ELT) für einen Erweiterungsbau der Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie (KJPP) der Marien-Hospital gGmbH in 46483 Wesel bestehend aus den Leistungsbildern - Technische Ausrüstung ELT (§§ 53 ff. HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 15 HOAI, Anlagengruppen 4, 5 und 6 gem. § 53 Abs. 2 Nr. 4, 5 und 6 HOAI), Grundleistungen gemäß Leistungsphasen (LPH) 3-9 nach näherer Maßgabe - des Entwurfs des Vertrages Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung ELT der den Bewerbungsbedingungen als Anlage 4 beigefügt ist.

Lots Lot 1 — ELT-Planung Erweiterungsbau Kinder- und Jugendpsychiatrie Marien-Hospital gGmbH: Beauftragt werden mit Zuschlagserteilung zunächst nur die Leistungsphase 3 und 4. Hinsichtlich der Beauftragung der weiteren Leistungsphase hat der Auftraggeber ein Optionsrecht (einseitiges Recht des Auftraggebers; kein Rechtsanspruch des Auftragnehmers). Voraussetzung für die Beauftragung der weiteren Leistungsphasen ist die vertragsgemäße Leistungserbringung des Auftragnehmers bezüglich der jeweils vorangegangenen Leistungsphasen, ohne dass bei Vorliegen dieser Voraussetzung ein Rechtsanspruch des Auftragnehmers auf Beauftragung der weiteren Leistungsphasen besteht.
