Details

Die bestehende Schule wurde im Jahr 1930 errichtet und stellt einen historischen Gebäudebestand dar. Der geplante 2-geschossige Anbau entsteht auf dem westlichen, oberen Schulhofgelände. Ziel der Baumaßnahme ist die Erweiterung der vorhandenen Schulflächen zur Schaffung zusätzlicher Unterrichts- und Betreuungsräume. Der Neubau wird über einen Verbindungsgang mit dem Bestandsgebäude verbunden. Zur Verbesserung der Barrierefreiheit wird zusätzlich eine Aufzugsanlage in massiver Bauweise in den Gebäudebestand integriert.

Lots Lot 1 — Offenes Verfahren: Förderanlagen - Anbau Grundschule St. Engelbert: Umfang der ausgeschriebenen Leistung ist die Errichtung und Inbetriebnahme einer maschinenraumlosen, barrierefreien Personenaufzugsanlage für 8 Personen (630 kg), mit 5 Haltestellen. Die Fahrthöhe beträgt von unterstem zu oberstem Einstiegsniveau 14,4 m. Darüber hinaus sind die Wartungsarbeiten im Gewährleistungszeitraum von 4 Jahren sowie die in diesen Zeitraum fallenden, wiederkehrende Haupt- und Zwischenprüfungen Teil der Leistung.
