Lots Lot 1 — Freianlagen: Art und voraussichtlicher Umfang der LeistungGegenstand der Maßnahme ist der 1. Bauabschnitt der Freianlagen zum Bauvorhaben„Sanierung und Erweiterung der Schulen am Mönchsberg Hemau":Der Erweiterungsbau (Mensa, Klassenräume) ist bereits hochbaulich errichtet. Die Sanierung derbestehenden Mittelschule folgt später.Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die für Nutzung, Erschließung und Brandschutz des Erweiterungsbaus erforderlichen Außenanlagen:Abbruch- und Erdarbeiten, Entwässerung inkl. Fassadenrinnen, Erschließungs-/ Fluchtwege, Pflasterflächen Anlieferung Mensa, Treppenanlagen, Beton-/Fundamentarbeiten, Geländer/Handlauf, kleinere Pflanzarbeiten sowie Fertigstellung des Lichthofs (ca. 40m2, überwiegend Handarbeit). Nicht enthalten sind Pausenhof/Innenhof, der Erschließungsweg zur Baustelle, Flächen direkt angrenzend an die Mittelschule sowie die Grünfläche gegenüber der Turnhalle – diese verbleiben als Baustellenlogistikflächen für zukünftige Arbeiten.- Abbruch von gebundenen Oberbau (ca. 10m3), Abbruch Treppenanlage aus Betonblockstufen (ca.20m), Abbruch Betoneinfassungen (ca. 90m), Abbruch Verbundpflaster (ca. 100m2)- Bodenabtrag, Aushub Gräben, Fundamente, Entsorgung (ca. 100m3)- Einbau Tragschichten (ca. 125m3)- Fassadenrinnen Stahl verzinkt (ca. 55m), Entwässerungsrinnnen (ca. 20m)- Tiefbord-/Kantenstein (ca. 100m)- Betonpflaster Wege D8cm (ca. 95m2); Betonpflaster Großpflastersystem D8cm (ca. 85m2); BetonpflasterEllbogenverband D12cm (ca. 90m2)- Betonblockstufen 40/15 (ca. 75m)- Mauerscheiben (ca. 4 Stück bis H135cm); SV-Beton Treppenwange- Metallbauarbeiten: freistehender Hanlauf (Stahl verzinkt, pulverbeschichtet, RR42mm), (ca. 20m)- 2 Hochstämme, 4 Solitärsträucher, Saatarbeiten (ca. 300m2) + Fertigstellungs-/ und Entwicklungspflege
