Für das Niedersächsische Ministerium für Ernährung, Landwirtschaft und Verbraucherschutz soll das Marketing und die Verwaltung des Biozeichens für Niedersachsen, Bremen und Hamburg vergeben werden.
Lots Lot 1 — Marketing und Verwaltung des Biozeichens für Niedersachsen, Bremen und Hamburg: Unter dem Vorbehalt der noch zu unterzeichnenden Verwaltungsvereinbarung im Verbund werden für die maximale Laufzeit von drei (3) Jahren Haushaltsmittel in Höhe von maximal 762.781,00 EUR netto bereitgestellt. Nähere Einzelheiten zu Art und Umfang des Auftrags sind der Leistungsbeschreibung - Fachlicher Teil (Teil B) zu entnehmen. Sofern die erforderliche Verwaltungsvereinbarung nicht unterzeichnet werden kann, kann keine Beauftragung erfolgen. Darüber hinaus kann der Auftraggeber das Vergabeverfahren gemäß § 63 VgV ganz oder teilweise aufheben.
