Es soll insbesondere geprüft werden, ob das Institut über eine klare Organisationsstruktur mit genau abgegrenzten, transparenten und kohärenten Verantwortungsbereichen, eine angemessene Vergütungspolitik sowie angemessener Kontrollmechanismen gem.
