Lots Lot 1 — 26D210015-Truppenübungsplatz Oberlausitz - Neubau 5 Unterkunftsgebäude: Bei dem umzusetzenden Projekt handelt es sich um die Planung und Errichtung von 5 Unterkunftsgebäuden des Typs 150 (Räumlichkeiten für jeweils 150 Soldaten) im Zusammenhang mit der Neuerstellung des Unterkunftsbereiches in Lager Heide / Kommandantur. Die Baumaßnahme steht im Zusammenhang mit der Gesamtplanung für die Neuerstellung des Unterkunftsbereiches der Liegenschaft. Gegenstand der geplanten Beauftragung ist die Objektplanung Gebäude (Leitungsphasen (LPh) 4 in Teilen und 5-8), beginnend mit der Anpassung der in der Genehmigungsphase befindlichen ES-Bau in EW-Bau-Qualität. Einzelheiten zum Leistungsumfang sind dem Vertrag und dessen Anlagen zu entnehmen, welche den Vergabeunterlagen beiliegen. Der Leistungsabruf erfolgt stufenweise. Der bereits vorliegende Planstand der Unterkunftsgebäude beruht auf der Basis der vorhandenen "Musterplanung für Unterkunftsgebäude - Typ 150" der Bundeswehr und ist in allen wesentlichen Punkten mit dem Nutzer abgestimmt.
