Lots Lot 1 — Landkreis Ludwigslust-Parchim - Planungsleistungen zum Brandschutz gemäß Schriftenreihe AHO Nr. 17 für den Neubau der Zweifeld-Sporthalle am Elbe-Gymnasium in Boizenburg (Stufenvertrag): Auf dem freien Gelände in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Elbe-Gymnasium Boizenburg soll eine neue Zweifeldsporthalle entstehen. Diese soll sowohl für die Schüler des Gymnasiums, als auch der benachbarten Förderschule mit dem Förderschwerpunkt der geistigen Entwicklung genutzt werden können. Entsprechende Sanitärräumlichkeiten und Umkleiden sind mit zu planen. Im Zuge der Leistungsphase 1 soll zudem ein Variantenvergleich erstellt werden, um die beste Bauweise auch unter den Gesichtspunkten der Resilienz, Wirtschaftlichkeit, Langlebigkeit und Energieeffizienz zu ermitteln.
