La présente consultation a pour objet l'entretien et le nettoyage des logements vacants, le nettoyage des parties communes, intérieures et extérieures y compris la gestion des ordures ménagères sur l'ensemble du patrimoine de GrandLyon Habitat. Le présent contrat constitue : - Un accord-cadre multi-attributaires régi par les articles L.2125-1 ; R.2162-2 alinéa 2 ; R.2162-4 à R.2162-6 ; R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du code de la commande publique. - Cet accord-cadre fixe les stipulations contractuelles de manière ferme et sera exécuté au fur et à mesure des besoins par l'émission de bons de commandes selon les modalités définis dans cet accord-cadre. Les prestations sus-visées font l'objet d'un lot unique. L'accord-cadre prend effet à compter du 1er février 2027 pour une période ferme de deux (2) ans. Il pourra être reconduit une (1) fois deux (2) an(s), soit une durée maximale de quatre (4) ans. Il est passé sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 7 000 000 euro(s) HT sur la période ferme de deux (2) ans. En cas de reconduction, les montants minimums / maximums seront également renouvelés pour une nouvelle période de deux (2) ans
