La présente consultation a pour objet la réhabilitation de la Résidence Cité Jardin sis 57 à 65 rue Georges Gouy et 58 rue de l'Effort 69007 LYON pour le lot n°2. Une première consultation (réf. T-PA-184032656) a été lancée, en procédure adaptée, le 24 Juin 2026 pour les lots n°1 et 2 sur le site de la plateforme AWS et le 25 Juin 2026 sur le site Marchés Online (réf. 4296460). Le lot n°2 a été déclaré sans suite. Les lots n°1 et 3 à 10 font l'objet d'autres consultations. Le démarrage prévisionnel du chantier est programmé pour : JANVIER 2027. Délai global de l'opération : 36 mois, période de préparation incluse (6 mois) à compter de l'ordre de service de démarrage de chantier. Il sera attribué un marché à prix mixte révisable pour le lot n°2. En cas de candidature groupée, le mandataire du groupement sera obligatoirement solidaire de chacun des membres du groupement
Lots Lot 1 — Démolition - Maçonnerie - Gros oeuvre: Le marché est soumis à une condition d'exécution sociale visant à fournir l'accès à l'emploi du public qui en est éloigné. Dans ce cadre, le titulaire doit réaliser un nombre minimum d'heures d'insertion fixé à 630 heures et mettre en place 2 périodes d'immersion (35 heures minimum) et 1 action d'animation d'insertion sur la durée totale du marché à destination des publics en insertion dont les modalités sont définies à l'annexe au CCAP - Modalités de mise en oeuvre de la clause d'insertion
