La présente consultation a pour objet la réhabilitation de la Résidence Cité Jardin sis 57 à 65 rue Georges Gouy et 58 rue de l'Effort 69007 LYON pour le lot n°10. Une première consultation (réf. T-PF-1837556) a été lancée, en appel d'offres ouvert, le 24 Juin 2026 pour les lots n°3 à 10 sur les sites de la plateforme AWS et du JOUE (réf. 441549-2026) ; et le 26 Juin 2026 sur le site Marchés Online (réf. 4296692). Le lot n°10 a été déclaré infructueux. Les lots n°1 à 9 font l'objet d'autres consultations. Le démarrage prévisionnel du chantier est programmé pour : JANVIER 2027. Délai global de l'opération : 36 mois, période de préparation incluse (6 mois) à compter de l'ordre de service de démarrage de chantier. Il sera attribué un marché à prix mixte révisable pour le lot n°10. En cas de candidature groupée, le mandataire du groupement sera obligatoirement solidaire de chacun des membres du groupement
