La présente consultation vise à attribuer un accord-cadre mono-attributaire ayant pour objet la fourniture et livraison de produits et matériels électriques pour l'exploitation du patrimoine géré par GRANDLYON HABITAT. Les prestations susvisées font l'objet d'un lot unique. Le présent contrat constitue : Un accord-cadre mono-attributaire régi par les articles L.2125-1 ; R.2162-2 alinéa 2 ; R.2162-4 à R.2162-6 ; R.2162-13 et R.2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique. Cet accord-cadre fixe les stipulations contractuelles de manière ferme et sera exécuté au fur et à mesure des besoins par l'émission de bons de commandes selon les modalités définis dans cet accord-cadre. Il sera attribué un accord-cadre à prix unitaire révisables confié à une entreprise unique ou un groupement. L'accord-cadre est passé sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 180 000,00 euro(s) HT sur la durée totale de l'accord-cadre (reconduction incluse)
