Le contrat consiste à fournir sur demande des vêtements de travail pour l'OMHM. Pour la majorité de ses besoins, l’OMHM procède à une commande par année avec livraison au mois de mai pour les cols bleus (environ 200) et certains cols blancs (environ 60). En cours d’année, l’OMHM peut également émettre des commandes pour les nouvelles personnes salariées. Il peut y avoir des demandes de livraison pour de petites commandes, voire pour une seule personne salariée. Chaque année, au mois de mai, l’OMHM fournit à chaque personne salariée deux (2) chemises à manches courtes ou polos et deux (2) pantalons, jeans ou pantalons cargo. L’OMHM fournit aussi à ces mêmes personnes deux (2) chemises ou polos, à manches longues ou courtes, selon leur choix. L’OMHM fournit également à ces mêmes personnes un (1) manteau d’hiver (blouson ou parka) ou un (1) manteau 3 dans 1, remplacé au besoin. Au besoin, l’OMHM peut aussi leur fournir tout autre produit inclus dans le bordereau de soumission.
