Les résidences ENHARMONIE appartiennent à l'Office municipal d'habitation de Montréal (OMHM), organisme à but non lucratif qui gère le plus important parc de logements sociaux et abordables sur l'île de Montréal.Le réseau des résidences ENHARMONIE regroupe onze (11) résidences et deux (2) Manoirs destinées à une clientèle de personnes âgées autonomes offrant un milieu de vie sécuritaire, abordable et favorisant le maintien de l'autonomie des résidents. Afin de soutenir cette mission, l'OMHM met à la disposition de ses résidents différents services visant à assurer leur sécurité, notamment un système d’alerte médicale permettant à un résident d'obtenir rapidement de l'aide en cas de chute, de malaise ou de toute autre situation nécessitant une intervention d’urgence. Le présent appel d'offres s'inscrit dans la volonté de l'OMHM de moderniser cette composante essentielle de son offre de services afin d'assurer un niveau élevé de fiabilité, de disponibilité, de sécurité et de qualité de service pour l'ensemble de ses résidents.
