Details

Hankinnan kohteena ovat patologian tarvikkeet Pohjois-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueelle (Pohde) ja sen yhteistyöalueen yksiköiden Kainuun, Keski-Pohjanmaan sekä Lapin hyvinvointialueelle tämän tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Keski-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue on mukana ainoastaan kudoskasettien lisätarvikkeiden osalta. Osa-alue 2 koskee vain Pohjois-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialuetta. Hankinta on jaettu kahteen osa-alueeseen seuraavasti: 1. Kudoskasetit ja lisätarvikkeet 2. Näytepurkit Tarjoajan ei tarvitse tarjota kaikkia osa-alueita eikä kaikkia tuotteita osa-alueen sisällä. Hankintasopimusten arvioitu alkamispäivä on 1.11.2026. Sopimuskausi on kolme vuotta, jonka jälkeen on mahdollisuus yhteen optiovuoteen. Tarjouspyynnössä ilmoitetut hankintamäärät ovat arvioituja yhden vuoden kulutusmääriä ja ne ilmoitetaan tarjoajille ainoastaan tarjouksen tekemisen tueksi. Hankintasopimus ei muodosta hankintayksikölle määräostovelvoitetta, vaan todellinen kulutus voi olla suurempi tai pienempi. Hankinnan arvioitu arvonlisäveroton arvo on noin 450 000 €. Tarjoaja sitoutuu tarjouksen jättäessään kaikkiin tämän tarjouspyynnön sekä sen liitteiden ehtoihin.
