Hankinta sisältää OYS Moduulihankinnan suunnittelu- ja rakennustyöt siten, että kohde voidaan luovuttaa tilaajalle täysin valmiina sopimuksen mukaisessa laajuudessa sekä laatu- ja muiden vaatimuksien mukaisesti. Hankkeen toteutusmuotona on suunnittelun ja toteutuksen kokonaisvastuutoteutus KVR, jossa KVR-urakoitsija toimii hankkeen päätoteuttajana. Urakoitsija vastaa hankkeen suunnittelusta, lupien hankkimisesta ja rakentamisesta. Rakennukselle haetaan rakentamislupa pysyvänä rakennuksena. Tarkempi hankintakuvaus liitteessä.
