Hankinnan kohteena on Vantaan kaupungin kiinteistöjen mekaaniset ja elektroniset lukitustuotteet sekä sarjoitus-, lukitus-, korjaus- ja huoltopalvelut. Vantaan kaupungin kiinteistöjä ovat esimerkiksi kaupungin omistamat koulut, päiväkodit, urheilutilat, virastot, varikot, monitoimitalot sekä asunnot. Kilpailutuksella valitaan yksi (1) sopimustoimittaja. Sopimuskausi on kaksi (2) vuotta. Sopimusta on mahdollista jatkaa kahdella (2) yhden (1) vuoden optiolla, yksi (1) vuosi kerrallaan.
