Details
Taide- ja kulttuurivirasto hankkii rahoitusleasingin Scanity 2 -filmiskannerin hankintaan. Skanneri on elokuva-arkistojen erityislaite, joilla on pitkähkö käyttöikä. https://dft-film.com/products/scanity-2/ Laitteen hankintahinta on 443 700,00 € (ilman arvonlisäveroa). Laitteen hankinta toteutetaan suorahankintana. Tässä avoimessa menettelyssä kilpailutetaan pelkästään rahoitusleasing. Rahoitus voi sisältää laitteeseen sisällytettyjä palveluita enintään 10 % hankinnan arvosta, kuten kertaluonteisia asennuskustannuksia pääasiallisen rahoituskohteen ehdoin. Asiakkaalla on oikeus päivittää rahoituksen kohdetta vuokrakauden aikana, siten ettei päivitys vähennä laitteen rahallista arvoa. Asiakkaan ei tarvitse vakuuttaa hankittua laitetta. Viitekorkona käytetään maturiteetin mukaista koronvaihtosopimusta (swap-korko). Viitekorko on kuitenkin aina vähintään 0 %. Tehdyn Asiakaskohtaisen leasingsopimuksen vuokra on kiinteä koko vuokrakauden ajan. Maksuehto on vähintään 21 päivää netto laskun päiväyksestä.
