Details

Loviisan kaupunki kilpailuttaa viestintä- ja markkinointipalvelut. Hankinta on jaettu kahteen osa-alueeseen: Osa-alue 1: Viestintäpalvelut Osa-alue 2: Markkinointipalvelut Osa-alueiden yhteenlaskettu kokonaisarvo sopimuskautena (mukaan lukien mahdolliset optiovuodet) on 600.000€. Hankinnassa perustetaan puitejärjestely. Tarjoaja voi tarjota joko yhteen tai molempiin osa-alueisiin. Rinnakkaisten tarjousten tekeminen ei ole sallittua. Osa-alueeseen 1 valitaan enintään kolme (3) Toimittajaa, jollei soveltuvuusehdot täyttäviä tarjoajia tai hyväksyttäviä tarjouksia ole vähemmän. Osa-alueeseen 2 valitaan enintään kolme (3) Toimittajaa, jollei soveltuvuusehdot täyttäviä tarjoajia tai hyväksyttäviä tarjouksia ole vähemmän. Hankinnassa kokonaistaloudellisen edullisuuden perusteena käytetään molemmissa osa-alueissa parasta hinta-laatusuhdetta, jossa hinta 50% ja laatu 50%. Laatuvertailuperusteet on esitetty tarkemmin liitteessä 3 Laatuvertailu. Tarjottuihin tuntihintoihin perustuva vertailuhinnan laskentatapa on esitetty tarjouspyynnön kohdassa Hankinnan kohteen kriteerit. Viestintä- ja markkinointipalveluiden sisältö on esitetty tarkemmin liitteessä 1 Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus sekä muissa hankinta-asiakirjoissa. Sopimuskauden arvioitu aloitusajankohta on 1.2.2027. Varsinainen sopimuskausi on 2 vuotta sopimuksen allekirjoittamisesta ja hankintaan sisältyy lisäksi kaksi (2) yhden (1) vuoden mittaista optiokautta.
