Pyydämme tarjoustanne Ruoveden kunnan omistaman sivistystoimen rakennus Luottolan purku-urakasta tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Kohde sijaitsee osoitteessa Ruovedentie 32, 34600 Ruovesi. Urakka sisältää rakennuksen purkamisen ko-konaisuudessaan, purkujätteen asianmukaisen lajittelun, käsittelyn ja poiskuljetuksen sekä purkamisen jälkeiset maanrakennus-, täyttö- ja maisemointityöt. Tilaajalla on samanaikaisesti tarjouslaskennassa sisällöltään lähes vastaava purku-urakka. Kyseinen kohde sijaitsee noin 50 metrin etäisyydellä tästä purkukohteesta, ja kohteiden väliin jää yksi kiinteistö. Purkutyöt voidaan toteuttaa joko samanaikaisesti tai peräkkäin urakoitsijan tuotantosuunnittelun mukaisesti. Tarjoajaa pyydetään huomioimaan kyseinen mahdollinen synergiaetu tarjouslaskennassaan. Kohteet kilpailutetaan ja tilataan kuitenkin erillisinä toisistaan riippumattomina urakoina. Kumpaankin kohteeseen valitaan erikseen urakoitsija tarjouspyyntöasiakirjojen mukaisesti.
