Details

Naantalin kaupungin yksiköt (Tilaaja) pyytää tarjouksia rakennusurakointitöiden toteuttamisesta sopimuskaudelle. Hankinnan kohteena olevat työt toteutetaan joko erikseen minikilpailutettavina toimeksiantoina tai suoraan hankittavina töinä sopimusehtojen mukaisesti. Rakennusurakoita kilpailutetaan lisäksi kohdekohtaisilla urakkakilpailulla. Sopimuskauden arvioitu alkamisajankohta on 1.1.2027. Lisäksi Tilaaja varaa mahdollisuuden kahteen optiovuoteen (1+1). Optiolla tarkoitetaan mahdollisuutta sopimuksen jatkamiseen alkuperäisin ehdoin. Tilaaja päättää optioiden käytöstä erikseen. Hankinta tullaan toteuttamaan puitejärjestelynä. Tilattavien töiden sisältö ja määrä eivät ole ennalta tiedossa eikä Tilaaja sitoudu mihinkään hankintamääriin sopimuskauden aikana. Pienurakat voivat sisältää rakennus-, maalaus-, matto-, tasoite-, vedeneristys- sekä laatoitus- ja teräsrakennetöitä. Urakat toteutetaan noudattaen rakennusalan yleisiä sopimusehtoja YSE 1998.
