Details

The World Bank South Asia Region Infrastructure team invites qualified financial advisory firms to submit proposals for a Financial Advisory Master Services Agreement for FY27–FY30 . The competitive selection will establish a multi-year framework agreement for up to four years, under which assignments will be issued through individual Task Orders on an as-needed basis. Continuation shall be subject to annual review at each fiscal year-end and to a structured mid-term review, with renewal by mutual consent. The selected firm/s will provide specialist and surge-capacity support across South Asia in areas including financial modelling and analysis, transaction advisory for publicly funded and public-private infrastructure projects, blended finance, private capital mobilization, fund and facility structuring, asset monetization, capital-market solutions, PPP governance and capacity building, emerging infrastructure technologies, and integrated World Bank Group financial solutions. Services may cover the transport, energy, urban and municipal infrastructure, water and sanitation, digital infrastructure, healthcare, and other infrastructure sectors. Interested firms should demonstrate a strong track record in infrastructure finance and financial advisory services, access to qualified multidisciplinary experts, knowledge of World Bank Group instruments and operational processes, and relevant experience across India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, and Maldives. Firms should also demonstrate credible access to local financiers, investors, developers, regulators, and professional advisers throughout South Asia. The Agreement will operate through an agreed rate card, with no guaranteed minimum volume of work. Multiple Task Orders may be issued concurrently across countries and sectors.

  • Read the full notice and every attached document, including the scope, specifications and any bill of quantities or terms of reference.
  • Check the eligibility criteria — prior similar experience, annual turnover, certifications and registrations — and make sure you qualify before investing effort.
