Details

The OSCE Support Programme for Ukraine (SPU) project No. 1102755 “Strengthening Capacity of National Stakeholders to Combat Gender-Based Violence, including Domestic Violence in Ukraine” is implemented in co-operation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (MoIA) and the National Police of Ukraine (NPU). Within the project’s activities, it is envisaged to conduct three-day training session for Patrol Police public relations specialists, focusing on recently adopted legislation on GBV prevention and response, trauma-informed and survivor-centered communication approaches, and strategies for effective engagement with the media and the public. Based on the above, the OSCE SPU requires a conference service company to provide logistical support (catering, accommodation, travel expenses compensation, equipment, technical support) for organising a 3-day training session for Patrol Police public relations specialists to be held on 14-16 October 2026 in Ivano-Frankivsk.
