Details

De gemeente Hoorn organiseert namens de gemeenten Drechterland, Enkhuizen, Hoorn, Koggenland, Medemblik, Opmeer en Stede Broec (Regio Westfriesland) een toelatingsprocedure (semi open house) voor de uitvoering van diagnostiek en behandeling van Ernstige Dyslexie voor jeugdigen van 7 tot en met 13 jaar. Het betreft ondersteuning op grond van de Jeugdwet, waarbij diagnostiek wordt ingezet na onvoldoende resultaat van de ondersteuning binnen het onderwijs en behandeling plaatsvindt volgens het Protocol Dyslexie Diagnostiek en Behandeling (PDDB 3.0).

De opdracht omvat:

  • Diagnostiek Ernstige Dyslexie (12 uur);
  • Behandeling Ernstige Dyslexie (maximaal 60 behandeluren).

De regio beoogt met alle aanbieders die voldoen aan de gestelde geschiktheids- en uitvoeringseisen een raamovereenkomst te sluiten. De overeenkomst heeft een initiële looptijd van twee jaar met de mogelijkheid tot vier verlengingen van één jaar.

Deze toelatingsprocedure betreft een Open House-procedure en is geen aanbesteding in de zin van de Aanbestedingswet 2012.
