Details

Mildura Rural City Council is seeking Expression of Interest (EOI) responses from suitably qualified organisations to provide and implement a system replacement for the existing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and Name/Address Register (NAR) functionality, with the ability to transfer over as much of our current/old data as possible.

The intent of this EOI is to identify a shortlist of three to four contractors who, as assessed by Mildura Rural City Council and its evaluation team, have the capability and capacity to deliver the Project. Respondents shortlisted will then be invited to Tender.

Multiple suppliers may ultimately be awarded to meet Council’s requirements for these systems, as one system to meet all requirements may not be available.

ENQUIRIES: Enquiries should be directed to the online forum (please see option below).

SUBMISSIONS: Completed responses can ONLY be submitted electronically by uploading into the VendorPanel System. Respondents will receive a confirmation email response upon completion.

Should assistance be required please use the help function or the online chat available from the home page of VendorPanel.

Submissions must be fully received by the closing time as late submissions will not be accepted.

All responses must be made by online submission. Any response made by any other means (open email, facsimile, post or in person) will not be considered.

Background information / Compatibility requirements

Council encourages innovative and creative responses to its project brief, however, should always form part of a conforming tender.

Before you bid on this tender

A quick checklist to help you decide whether to bid and prepare a compliant submission for this it & telecom opportunity. Always verify the details on the official source.

  • Confirm the exact closing date and time (and time zone) on the official portal — deadlines are strict and can be revised by a corrigendum.
  • Read the full notice and every attached document, including the scope, specifications and any bill of quantities or terms of reference.
  • Check the eligibility criteria — prior similar experience, annual turnover, certifications and registrations — and make sure you qualify before investing effort.
  • Prepare any earnest-money deposit (EMD) or bid security and the required formats early; missing or wrongly-formatted documents are a common cause of rejection.
  • Note how bids must be submitted (online or physical), in what format, and whether a digital signature or portal registration is required.
  • Watch for corrigenda and clarifications right up to the deadline — requirements and dates can change.
