De Opdracht omvat de levering, plaatsing, installatie, configuratie, bedrijfsgerede oplevering, gebruikersinstructie, garantie en het onderhoud van 26 refractie-units voor de afdeling Oogheelkunde van het Maastricht UMC+, met een optie voor vier (4) tot acht (8) aanvullende refractie-units. De totaaloplossing bestaat per onderzoekskamer ten minste uit een elektrisch in hoogte verstelbare refractie-unit met elektrische phoropterarm, een elektrisch in hoogte verstelbare patiëntenstoel met voor-/achterverstelling en een elektrisch in hoogte verstelbaar hoog-/laagbureau. De Opdrachtnemer is verantwoordelijk voor een integraal werkende, veilige en ergonomische oplossing, inclusief montage en veilige plaatsing van bestaande oogheelkundige apparatuur zoals spleetlampen, autorefractoren/keratorefractoren, phoropters en overige te handhaven systemen conform het Programma van Eisen en het overzicht te handhaven systemen.
