The goal of the Performance Management System project is to develop and implement a unified, integrated digital platform to manage and track institutional, strategic, and operational performance at the Ministry of Transport. The project includes automating the tracking of objectives and key performance indicators, preparing dashboards and analytical reports, and supporting quality, risk, governance, and organizational excellence management, enhancing data accuracy, transparency in monitoring, and supporting decision-making and continuous improvement. The system also takes into account integration with the Ministry's current systems, cybersecurity requirements, scalability, and alignment with Qatar National Vision 2030.
