Details

The Ministry of Justice seeks to contract with service providers to deliver managed Service Desk and technical support services aligned with the Ministry’s requirements. These services shall provide high-quality Service Desk and technical support to Ministry employees and external customers, ensuring business continuity, resolving issues, and improving operational performance. The objectives are to: 1. Increase the efficiency of the Information Systems Department by providing specialized technical support personnel. 2. Increase the efficiency of the Service Desk. 3. Increase the efficiency of the Information Systems Department. 4. Increase productivity and improve application quality. 5. Improve user satisfaction and the services provided by the Information Systems Department. 6. Respond to all employee requests in accordance with a defined Service Level Agreement through the Service Desk and technical support function. 7. Improve the satisfaction of customers using the services provided by the Information Systems Department. 8. Reduce unplanned costs and resource requirements through optimal management of service disruptions. 9. Enable users to increase productivity and improve the quality of services and products through fast and effective access to standardized services.
