The project’s primary objectives of this requirement is to design, supply, install, test, commission, and hand over a fully operational 35-meter self-supporting steel tower, including all associated civil, structural, electrical, grounding, and aviation safety components. The companies must have certification of incorporation or equivalent, and registration with the authority to operate in Puntland.

2. Below are sample of services required the vendors to perform and deliver
