The Technical Lead – Transport Engineer will be part of the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) established within the Ministry of Public Works, Reconstruction and Housing (MPWR&H) and will serve as the principal technical advisor to the Project Coordinator and MPWR&H on all engineering, construction supervision and contract management matters. The objective of the assignment is to provide technical leadership and oversight for the planning, procurement, implementation, supervision, contract administration and monitoring of road infrastructure investments under the HASDEC Project, in accordance with AfDB requirements and international best practice.
