Constitueix l'objecte del present contracte administratiu d'obra l'execució de les obres del projecte d’obra per la portada d’aigua del dipòsit de Castellet al conjunt monumental de Castellet, que es composa de memòria, estudi de seguretat i salut, control de qualitat, plecs de condicions, pressupost i plànols, valorat amb un pressupost d’execució per contracte (PEC) amb IVA inclòs de setanta mil cinc –cents noranta-tres euros amb cinquanta-set cèntims (70.593,57€) redactat per Josep Barberillo Nualart, en representació de GESA, S.L. en data 17 de gener de 2026 amb un termini d’execució de 45 dies hàbils aprovat inicialment per mitjà de Decret d’Alcaldia número 2026LLDC001203, de data 06/08/2026.
