Constitueix l'objecte del present contracte administratiu d'obra l'execució de les obres del “projecte d’adequació del paviment de la piscina infantil de la zona esportiva municipal de Sant Vicenç de Castellet , que es composa de memòria, estudi de seguretat i salut, control de qualitat, plecs de condicions, pressupost i plànols, valorat amb un pressupost d’execució per contracte (PEC) de 115.682,41€, que un cop aplicat l’IVA actual (21%), ascendeix a un total de cent trenta-nou mil nou-cents setanta-cinc euros amb setanta- dos cèntims (139.975,72€) redactat pel serveis tècnics municipals en data 25 de novembre de 2025 aprovat definitivament per acord del Ple de l’Ajuntament de 25 de febrer de 2026.
