Constitueix l'objecte del present contracte administratiu d'obra l'execució de les obres del projecte obres instal·lació d’una àrea d’esbarjo per gossos i urbanització complementària ubicada al carrer Enric Granados (Bòbila de dalt)” de Sant Vicenç de Castellet, que es composa de memòria, estudi de seguretat i salut, control de qualitat, plecs de condicions, pressupost i plànols, valorat amb un pressupost d’execució per contracte (PEC) de 41.042,41€, que un cop aplicat l’IVA actual (21%), ascendeix a un total de quaranta-nou mil sis – cents seixanta – un euros amb trenta- dos cèntims (49.661,32€) redactat pel serveis tècnics municipals en data 4 de maig de 2026 amb un termini d’execució de 6 setmanes aprovat definitivament per mitjà de Decret d’Alcaldia número 2026LLDC001213, de data 07/08/2026.
