Proyecto: Preparación del Programa de Apoyo a la Transición Energética de Guatemala
Donación BIRF: GFPP Nº. TF0C8870
La República de Guatemala ha recibido una donación del Banco Internacional de Reconstrucción y Fomento BIRF (Banco Mundial – BM) para sufragar el costo del Apoyo para la Preparación del Programa de Apoyo a la Transición Energética de Guatemala, y se propone utilizar parte de estos fondos para efectuar pagos de gastos elegibles en virtud de la donación.
El Instituto Nacional de Electrificación invita a consultores individuales elegibles a expresar su interés en prestar los servicios de consultoría solicitados. Los consultores interesados deberán proporcionar Carta de Interés y Hoja de Vida (CV) con información que indique están cualificados para suministrar los servicios.
La consultoría a contratar es la siguiente:

Los Términos de Referencia, así como los demás documentos correspondientes al proceso, se encuentran publicados en el Portal GUATECOMPRAS bajo el NOG respectivo o podrán ser solicitados al Contratante en la Unidad Ejecutora de la Donación (UED) / Gerencia de Planificación Institucional del Instituto Nacional de Electrificación (INDE), ubicada en la 7ª Avenida 2-29, Zona 9, Edificio La Torre, Sótano 3, Oficina de la Gerencia de Planificación Institucional, Ciudad de Guatemala, Guatemala, o al correo electrónico: [contact details removed].
La expresión de interés de los servicios de consultoría es requerida bajo el párrafo 7.36 de las Regulaciones de Adquisiciones para los Prestatarios de Financiamiento para Proyectos de Inversión, elaboradas por el Banco Mundial de febrero de 2025). Los Consultores serán seleccionados con base al método de Selección Abierta y Competitiva de Consultores Individuales, descrito en las Regulaciones antes mencionadas.
