La Oficina Internacional del Trabajo (OIT) busca contratar una empresa consultora para aplicar la metodología Skills for Productivity, Environment and Economic Diversification (SPEED) en México
La consultoría desarrollará diagnósticos sectoriales para identificar necesidades actuales y futuras de habilidades, ocupaciones prioritarias y brechas de formación en sectores estratégicos vinculados a la transición climática, la economía verde y el trabajo decente. El trabajo incluirá análisis cuantitativo y cualitativo, revisión documental, entrevistas, consultas y procesos de validación con instituciones gubernamentales, organizaciones de empleadores y trabajadores, instituciones de formación y otros actores relevantes.
Los productos esperados incluyen documentos técnicos con recomendaciones orientadas al fortalecimiento de capacidades institucionales para la anticipación de necesidades de habilidades y el desarrollo de competencias. Los resultados deberán contribuir a la implementación de la NDC 3.0 y servir como base para el desarrollo de un Programa Nacional de Transición Justa.
