Long-Term Agreement for the provision of Online Language Learning Platform

Given IOM's global presence and multilingual operating environment, effective communication is essential to delivering the organization's mandate. IOM operates in diverse cultural and linguistic contexts and regularly engages with a wide range of stakeholders, including beneficiaries, governments, donors, United Nations partners, civil society organizations and local communities.

To support effective collaboration and service delivery across these contexts, IOM is committed to providing staff with equitable access to language learning opportunities aligned with organizational and professional development needs. Strengthening proficiency in IOM's official languages—English, French and Spanish—enhances communication, facilitates collaboration across regions and functions, and supports meaningful engagement with stakeholders.

Considering the ongoing need to provide language learning opportunities to staff across the Organization, IOM seeks to establish a Long-Term Agreement (LTA) with a qualified service provider for the access to an online language training platform.

The LTA will enable IOM to procure language learning licenses and related services, as required, throughout the validity of the agreement through the issuance of Purchase Orders, in accordance with IOM procedures.

The proposed LTA will be established for an initial period of three (3) years, with the possibility of extension for up to two (2) additional years.
