The Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) has received financing from the Africa Development Fund towards the cost of implementing the Building Resilience for Food and Nutrition Security in The Horn of Africa (BREFONS) and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this grant to payments under the contract for Individual Professional Consultant who shall Conduct a Training of Trainers (ToT) on Risk Analysis, Transparency, Equivalence and other key provisions of the Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) Agreements.

The objective of this consultancy is to prepare a training manual and undertake regional training of trainers on risk analysis, transparency, equivalence, and other key provisions of the SPS agreements.
