Les services prévus au titre de ce contrat consistent en la réalisation des tâches suivantes :

Analyser les règles et procédures internes existantes ou tacitement appliquées au sein de l’organisation ;

Actualiser le manuel de procédures administrative, comptable et financière adapté aux besoins et aux capacités des membres de l’organisation ;

Faire valider ce manuel par la Cellule d’exécution du projet ;

Former le personnel de la Cellule d’exécution du projet sur le contenu du manuel et l’importance des différentes règles ;

Produire un rapport de formation détaillé qui comporte le manuel des procédures, le déroulement de la formation, les résultats d’une évaluation des acquis des participants, les modules de formation et les recommandations.
