Community Enterprise Queensland: Invitation to Tender - Supply, Install and Maintain ATM Fleet

Community Enterprise Queensland (CEQ) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier to provide a comprehensive Automated Teller Machine (ATM) fleet service across CEQ's network of retail locations.

CEQ operates across geographically dispersed and remote communities, including locations where access to alternative banking and cash withdrawal facilities may be limited. The availability and reliability of ATMs at CEQ locations is therefore an important service for CEQ's customers and the communities it serves.

The objective of this procurement is to establish a single contractual arrangement for the provision, installation, operation, monitoring, support, maintenance, replacement and ongoing management of CEQ's ATM fleet.

CEQ requires a solution that:

a) provides reliable and secure ATM services across CEQ's network;

b) provides a consistent and contemporary ATM fleet;

c) maximises ATM availability and minimises service interruptions;

d) provides effective remote monitoring, helpdesk and maintenance services;

e) provides appropriate support arrangements for CEQ's remote operating locations;

f) provides a transparent and competitive commercial model, including transaction charges and rebates payable to CEQ;

g) accommodates Fee Free Transactions where required by CEQ or applicable regulatory arrangements;

h) enables additional ATMs and locations to be incorporated during the Contract Term;

i) provides for appropriate technology and hardware refresh over the Contract Term; and

j) provides CEQ with appropriate performance information, reporting and governance.
