Reasons for cancellation as per the Procedure 32-1034, Rev 5 Tick which is applicable Material irregularities such as non-compliance with legislation or where fairness, equitability, transparency, Competitiveness or cost effectiveness has been breached. √ A new enquiry for the Provision of Property Management and Land Development Valuation Services for the Cape Coastal Cluster (Eastern Cape and Western Cape) for a period of five (5) years will be re- issued in due course.
