The primary objective of this consultancy is to support ILO's DWSC team in effectively delivering labour law compliance, productivity, and improved farming technique training to shrimp farmers in Khulna district. The scope of this consultancy is to:
- Finalize the draft productivity and farming technique modules of the labour law compliance, productivity, and improved farming technique training for shrimp farmers.
- Deliver labour law compliance, productivity, and improved farming technique training to shrimp farmers in Khulna district, including field-level follow-up, and prepare training reports.
