BMC Support Renewal - LTC-2469/2026 - Materials Department

The Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (KAHRAMAA) seeks to renew its existing BMC IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) licenses and associated support services. The scope of this project includes the procurement of additional BMC licenses with three (3) years of support and maintenance, as well as the renewal of support for existing BMC licenses. The contractor shall also provide two upgrades and/or migrations to the latest available product versions, including migration to new platforms or cloud environments where required. The total contract duration shall be thirty-six (36) months from the effective date of the contract.
