Details

De opdracht betreft integrale hardservice-dienstverlening voor de vastgoedportefeuilles van Concern Huisvesting. De opdracht heeft betrekking op Werkplaatsen, Magazijnen en Terreinen en, vanaf 1 juni 2028, kantoren en dienstverblijven. Binnen de opdracht worden per perceel drie samenhangende onderdelen onderscheiden: uitvoeringswerkzaamheden, advieswerkzaamheden en technisch locatiemanagement. Deze onderdelen vormen gezamenlijk één dienstverlening. De hardservicepartner moet in staat zijn operationele werkzaamheden te verbinden met tactische advisering en de strategische doelstellingen van NS en Concern Huisvesting.

De uitvoeringswerkzaamheden omvatten preventief onderhoud, correctief onderhoud inclusief een 24/7/365-storingsdienst, planmatig en vervangingsonderhoud, mutaties en modificaties, verduurzamingsprojecten en huisvestingsprojecten. De integrale hardservice-dienstverlening heeft betrekking op de disciplines werktuigbouwkunde, elektrotechniek, bouwkunde, transportinstallaties, terreinen en safety en security. De opdracht is verdeeld in twee geografische percelen: Perceel Noord en Perceel Zuid. Gegadigden kunnen zich aanmelden voor Perceel Noord, Perceel Zuid of voor beide percelen. Aan één inschrijver wordt uiteindelijk maximaal één perceel gegund. Per perceel wordt één raamovereenkomst gesloten met één leverancier voor een periode van 72 maanden, met de mogelijkheid de raamovereenkomst tweemaal met 12 maanden te verlengen.
