Details

NS bouwt en onderhoudt een Internal Developer Portal (IDP) voor het verbeteren van de Developer Experience. Met platform engineering worden herbruikbare ontwikkelplatformen geleverd met daarin onder andere Developer Portal, CI/CD-bouwblokken, AI-tooling en workitem management tooling/ samenwerktools; NS-teams krijgen daarmee snelheid en autonomie, en tegelijkertijd borgen ze kwaliteit en veiligheid van de ontwikkelde software. Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het contracteren van maximaal zes (6) partijen die NS kunnen ondersteunen in het leveren van capaciteit en expertise voor de verdere ontwikkeling en opschaling van het IDP en de doorontwikkeling in onze CoE-aanpak. Met een herbruikbaar IDP verschuift NS van losse ondersteuning en tooling naar een geïntegreerde IDP en aanpak voor Software Delivery Excellence: één gestandaardiseerde, meetbare en continu verbeterende manier om software van idee naar productie te brengen. Daarnaast verandert de CoE-aanpak waarmee teams worden ondersteund via coaching, standaarden, communities of practice, best practices en meetbare kwaliteitsverbetering in software delivery.
