Stichting VierTaal beoogt een overeenkomst aan te gaan voor de levering, inrichting, beheer en onderhoud van de multifunctionals op haar locaties. Dit omvat het

volgende:

Op basis van huur: het leveren, plaatsen, inrichting, beheren en onderhouden van xx multifunctionals op de locaties van Stichting Viertaal.

Functionaliteiten zoals Cloudprinting en Follw me Op basis van een prijs per print of kopie het gebruik verrekenen middels facturering / budgettering op locatie en gebruikersgroep. Het verhelpen van storingen rond de multifunctionals. Het leveren van verbruiksmaterialen zoals toner, drum, fuser, nietjes enz. Leveren van de instructie voor de gebruikers en opleiden/trainen van medewerkers van stichting VierTaal De geschatte omvang van de opdrachtwaarde, gerekend over 4 jaar, is ca € 400.000,-. Facturering / budgettering op locatie en gebruikersgroep
