Details

Het doel van deze aanbesteding is het contracteren implementeren van een centrale, geïntegreerde Oplossing voor zaakgericht werken en VTH-taken vanuit het perspectief van de VRFGV die de huidige systemen volledig vervangt. De initiële looptijd van de te sluiten Overeenkomst is vier jaar. De Overeenkomst bevat drie opties tot verlenging van elk twee jaar. De maximale looptijd van de Overeenkomst is derhalve tien jaar (4 + 2 + 2 + 2). Daarnaast wordt er een wachtkamerovereenkomst gesloten met een looptijd van één jaar.
