NS zoekt een samenwerkingspartner voor een meerjarig onderzoeks- en innovatieprogramma gericht op het vormgeven van toekomstbestendig fysiek monteurswerk binnen NS Onderhoud & Service (O&S), met een eerste focus op onderhoudsbedrijf (OB) Leidschendam en op werkzaamheden die zwaar en fysiek belastend zijn. De opdracht is een integrale cyclische innovatie-aanpak waarin analyse, co-creatie, ontwerp, prototyping, pilots, effectmeting, evaluatie, opschaling en kennisborging onlosmakelijk met elkaar zijn verbonden. We zoeken daarbij niet alleen een partner die onderzoekt, maar ook een partij die NS zelfstandig in staat stelt om na afloop van de samenwerking een herhaalbare innovatieaanpak op te bouwen die NS later zelf op andere onderhoudslocaties kan toepassen. De opdracht moet leiden tot een aantrekkelijker werkgeverschap voor monteurs, minder fysieke belasting, meer werkplezier, hogere duurzame inzetbaarheid en betere productiviteit.
