The Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa) intends, through this tender, to contract a specialized company for the procurement of licenses, renewal of existing Appian system licenses, and the provision, of support services for a period of two years. The scope includes maintenance, troubleshooting, performance enhancement, update management, security issue resolution, and ensuring the stability and operational efficiency of the system. The contractor shall also provide periodic reports and support Kahramaa’s Information Technology team throughout the contract period
