Salima District Council has received funds from the Government of Malawi through the Reformed Constituency Development Fund (RCDF) and intends to apply part of the funds to cover the eligible payments for Construction and Upgrading of various infrastructure systems in Salima. Bidding will be conducted through open tendering procedures under Request For Quotation (RFQ) procedures as specified in the Malawi Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets Act 20 25 and Regulations of the Government of the Republic of Malawi and are open to all Contractors/bidders from Eligible Source as defined in the Bidding Documents.
