Considérant l’échéance du contrat actuel est au 31 mars 2027, Santé Québec Lanaudière souhaite entreprendre dès maintenant les démarches nécessaires à l’acquisition et à l’implantation d’une nouvelle plateforme de solution infonuagique , de manière à permettre sa mise en service avant la fin du contrat actuel et à assurer une transition sans interruption pour une solution sécurisée pour la gestion des horaires de garde des médecins et des professionnels de la santé à l’échelle de Santé Québec Lanaudière, pour l’ensemble de ses installations concernées. La plateforme infonuagique de gestion automatisée des horaires des médecins devra être accessible sur internet et via l’intranet de Santé Québec Lanaudière. Le mandat comprend les éléments suivants : - Acquisition de la solution; - L’implantation de la solution; - La configuration des groupes d’horaires en fonction des spécifications et contraintes propres àchacun; - La migration des horaires vers la nouvelle solution - La formationdesusagers,selondesmodalitésàpréciser(sessions,matériel,etc.); - L’accompagnement au déploiement; - Le soutien techniquepost-implantation; - La maintenanceévolutive.
